Build your portfolio from our curated, pre-screened Real Estate projects. You’ll have access to full financials, photos, appraisals, and documents related to that project. We’ll inform you of how the property will be managed (rented, renovated/flipped, or direct re-sale).

Choose how much you want to invest and sign the Investor Agreement electronically. Finalizing your investment takes less than ten minutes (including legal document review) and we’ve streamlined the process to ensure future investments take half that.

Pay for your investment via automatic bank draft or wire. Transfer your funds via ACH and third party secure escrow service. Accounts are secured by bank-level security measures and your investment information is stored on PCI-compliant, encrypted storage systems.

HalalSky completes the purchase of the property. We manage the property accordingly (i.e. rented, renovated/flipped, or direct re-sale). You will receive deposits based on the type of management we are implementing (i.e. long term return through rental (and eventual sale for principle investment return); or quick return through renovation & re-sale of the property).

You are free to withdraw any remaining funds in your account or reallocate your return for reinvestment in our other investment or charitable (zakat-eligible) projects. Lastly, you can download tax documents, your investment agreements and other files electronically.
